Processing Times

Each frame and ornament is custom-made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and personalization before your order ships. During peak seasons (such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Options

~   Free Standard Shipping (U.S. only): Orders ship free via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail (depending on weight and size).

~   Priority Mail Upgrade: You may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout for faster delivery.

~   Priority Mail Express: Available for an additional cost if you need your order urgently.

Delivery Times

~   Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

~   Priority Mail: 2–4 business days after processing.

~   Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days after processing.

Please note: USPS delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

At this time, Jenny’s Frameworks primarily ships within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us to discuss shipping options and rates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
