Wood mat insert that fits into a 5x7 frame. Holds a 4 x 6 photo. There is an option to buy the outer frame. The picture opening is 3.5" x 5.5". The mat is 1/8" thick. The frames that work the best are frames in which the backs come all the way off, so that there will be some wiggle room.
