Wood mat insert that fits into a 5x7 frame. Has a 2 1/4" x 2 7/8" heart opening for a photo. There is an option to buy the outer frame w/back. The mat is 1/8" thick. The frames that work the best are frames in which the backs come all the way off, so that there will be some wiggle room.
